CDs for musicians at cost

Magnatune musicians can now order CDs for themselves "at cost", i.e. $4.97 which is the cost our CD manufacturing company charges us, with the cost deducted from future royalty payments. Musicians can do this by choosing "Order CDs at Cost" in the Magnatune musician web interface. I've had a lot of requests from musicians to get CDs that they can give out, and this also lets them get CDs of other Magnatune artists (i.e. co-labelmates) at cost.
